Conclusion

In conclusion, we have found that stereotypes that depict Islam as a violent religion have caused media sources to present this story in one of three ways: these media sources either portray this story that reinforces said stereotypes, discourages said stereotypes, or remains neutral all together to distance themselves from the controversy.

Our stance on this issue is that we have found major bias within the Fox News articles and we do not agree with their opinions. We think that the articles that discourage stereotypes put up a much better argument and do not try to discredit people. They also give proper representation to the Islamic community as a whole.
